+ - WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Only normal priced items can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order. Any lateness will not be entertained.

All SALE and discounted items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

No cash refund on any defective item. We will do exchange only.

No refund for any of these situations : not suitable, not match, change of mind, wrong color or size etc. However we are willing to help you on exchange.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition : UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with the complete original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.

The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our store. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. Yasmin Azhar RTW is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender.

Yasmin Azhar RTW will not be responsible on missing parcel/lateness due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel.

+ - HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Kindly reach out to us via email at [email protected] or get in touch through our customer service via our chat box at bottom right of our website. Once confirmed, you can return any item to us within 3 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition and any necessary tags still attached). Please repack your items in the original packaging and ensure it is secured. Kindly keep a record of your return tracking number.

    • Please fill in your return form, and City-Link Express returns slip. Insert your return form in your parcel along with your item(s) and ensure it is packed securely in the original flyer you have received. Drop it off at the nearest Poslaju outlet and keep a record of your return tracking number.

    • Drop off your parcel for free at our store!
+ - HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ITEM IF I’M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

For international returns/exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our store, as per our Exchange Policy. For customs purposes, kindly declare the item as returns/defect. Do update us on the tracking number if you have it so that we can keep an eye out for your parcel.

+ - CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?

No changes or cancellation can be done once order has been processed.

+ - DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

+ - WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can either pay by :

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
    All our payment gateways capture payments in Malaysian Ringgit. If your card’s currency is other than Malaysian Ringgit, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.
  • Offline banking (There will be an option for you to upload your proof of transaction)
+ - WHEN WILL YOU PROCESS MY ORDERS?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. However, for orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day.

+ - ARE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED OR ME?

Putting an item into your cart does not reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will still be available to other buyers.

+ - DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

Some items are restockable. Whenever we get a restock, we will usually announce it in our Instagram, newsletter and update our BACK IN STOCK tab, so it’s good to check frequently.

+ - CAN YOU LET ME KNOW WHEN ITEM HAS BEEN RESTOCKED?

We usually announce restocked items in our newsletter and Instagram, so don’t forget to subscribe and the key is to check frequently!
